Registration is open to any girls ages 6-17, in the Milton area and beyond.

Mark your calendars for Friday night meetings. Send in the completed registration and permission forms with fees through one of the following options:

1) Email Elizabeth Noronha at challengeinmilton@gmail.com  

2) Drop off at Holy Rosary Parish Office, Milton, Ontario Registration Form 

 

Would you like to be a Team Leader to help girls grow united in Christ, virtue, friendship, and faith?

If you are in Grade 9 and up, complete the Team Leader application in addition to the registration form.

Please note, in addition to completing the registration and permission form above, you will need to complete a Team Leader Application Form.
